M\u00fchendislik, mimarl\u0131k, teknik \u00f6\u011fretmenler ve fen-edebiyat fak\u00fcltelerinin fizik veya kimya b\u00f6l\u00fcm\u00fc mezunlar\u0131, 180 saat uygulamal\u0131, 40 saat teorik staj e\u011fitiminin ard\u0131ndan i\u015f g\u00fcvenli\u011fi uzman\u0131 olabilmek i\u00e7in Milli E\u011fitim\u2019in s\u0131navlar\u0131na kat\u0131labiliyor. Yakla\u015f\u0131k 100 bin ki\u015finin kat\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu s\u0131navlarda ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olanlar, i\u015f g\u00fcvenli\u011fi uzman\u0131 olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabilecekleri gibi i\u015fletmelerde ortak sa\u011fl\u0131k ve g\u00fcvenlik biriminde s\u00f6zle\u015fmeli hizmet de sunabiliyorlar.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Kimler Uzman Olabiliyor? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u0130SG uzman\u0131 olabilmek i\u00e7in; m\u00fchendis, mimar, teknik \u00f6\u011fretmen, \u00fcniversitelerin fen veya fen-edebiyat fak\u00fcltelerinin fizik, biyoloji ve kimya b\u00f6l\u00fcmleri mezunlar\u0131 ile \u00fcniversitelerin meslek y\u00fcksekokullar\u0131n\u0131n i\u015f sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fi program\u0131ndan mezun olanlardan, \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ve Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019nca yetkilendirilmi\u015f i\u015f g\u00fcvenli\u011fi belgesine sahip olmak gerekiyor. Ayr\u0131ca yeni yap\u0131lan d\u00fczenleme ile i\u00e7 mimarlar, b\u00f6lge \u015fehir planc\u0131lar\u0131, \u015fehir planc\u0131lar\u0131, peyzaj mimarlar\u0131 ve biyologlar da \u0130SG uzman\u0131 olabilecekler.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>Uzmanl\u0131k E\u011fitimi ve S\u0131navlar<\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Bakanl\u0131k\u00e7a belirlenecek e\u011fitim programlar\u0131 teorik ve uygulamal\u0131 olmak \u00fczere iki b\u00f6l\u00fcmden olu\u015fuyor. E\u011fitim s\u00fcreleri, teorik k\u0131sm\u0131 180 saatten, uygulama k\u0131sm\u0131 40 saatten ve toplamda 220 saatten az olam\u0131yor. Teorik e\u011fitimin en fazla yar\u0131s\u0131 uzaktan e\u011fitim ile verilebilir. Uygulamal\u0131 e\u011fitimler, \u0130SG uzman\u0131 bulunan bir i\u015fyerinde yap\u0131l\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Ayr\u0131ca uzmanlar belgelerini ald\u0131ktan sonra be\u015f y\u0131ll\u0131k aral\u0131klarla yine e\u011fitim kurumlar\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan d\u00fczenlenecek yenileme e\u011fitimine kat\u0131lmak durumundalar. Bu e\u011fitim s\u00fcreleri otuz saatten az olam\u0131yor. E\u011fitim kurumu taraf\u0131ndan haz\u0131rlanacak e\u011fitim kat\u0131l\u0131m belgelerinin \u00c7al\u0131\u015fma ve Sosyal G\u00fcvenlik Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131\u2019na g\u00f6nderilmesi gerekiyor. E\u011fitime kat\u0131lan adaylar\u0131n ba\u015far\u0131l\u0131 olabilmesi i\u00e7in Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131n d\u00fczenledi\u011fi s\u0131navlarda 100 \u00fczerinden en az 70 puan almalar\u0131 \u015fart.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><strong>\u0130SG Uzman\u0131n Sorumluluklar\u0131 Nelerdir? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">\u0130\u015f Sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve G\u00fcvenli\u011fi Yasas\u0131\u2019n\u0131n y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe girmesiyle i\u015f yerlerinde g\u00f6rev yapan \u0130SG uzmanlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00e7e\u015fitli g\u00f6rev, yetki ve sorumluluklar\u0131 bulunuyor. <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0130\u015fverene yaz\u0131l\u0131 olarak bildirilen i\u015f sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fiyle ilgili al\u0131nmas\u0131 gereken tedbirlerden hayati tehlike arz edenlerin, \u0130SG uzman\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan belirlenecek makul bir s\u00fcre i\u00e7inde i\u015fveren taraf\u0131ndan yerine getirilmemesi h\u00e2linde, bu hususu i\u015fyerinin ba\u011fl\u0131 bulundu\u011fu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma ve i\u015f kurumu il m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011f\u00fcne bildirmek. \u0130\u015fyerinde belirledi\u011fi hayati tehlikenin ciddi ve \u00f6nlenemez olmas\u0131 ve bu hususun acil m\u00fcdahale gerektirmesi halinde i\u015fin durdurulmas\u0131 i\u00e7in i\u015fverene ba\u015fvurmak.<\/p>\n<p>G\u00f6revi gere\u011fi i\u015fyerinin b\u00fct\u00fcn b\u00f6l\u00fcmlerinde i\u015f sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fi konusunda inceleme ve ara\u015ft\u0131rma yapmak, gerekli bilgi ve belgelere ula\u015fmak ve \u00e7al\u0131\u015fanlarla g\u00f6r\u00fc\u015fmek. G\u00f6revinin gerektirdi\u011fi konularda i\u015fverenin bilgisi d\u00e2hilinde ilgili kurum ve kurulu\u015flarla i\u015fyerinin i\u00e7 d\u00fczenlemelerine uygun olarak i\u015fbirli\u011fi yapmak.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Uzmanlar\u0131n G\u00f6rev S\u00fcreleri Ne Kadar?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u0130SG uzmanlar\u0131 yasa gere\u011fi g\u00f6revlerini yerine getirebilmek i\u00e7in;<\/p>\n<p>10\u2019dan az \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131 olan ve az tehlikeli s\u0131n\u0131fta yer alan i\u015fyerlerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ba\u015f\u0131na y\u0131lda en az 60 dakika g\u00f6rev yapmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi s\u00f6ylenmektedir. Di\u011fer i\u015fyerleri i\u00e7in az tehlikeli s\u0131n\u0131fta yer alanlarda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ba\u015f\u0131na ayda en az 6 dakika, tehlikeli s\u0131n\u0131fta yer alanlarda \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ba\u015f\u0131na ayda en az 8 dakika, \u00e7ok tehlikeli s\u0131n\u0131fta yer alanlarda, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan ba\u015f\u0131na ayda en az 12 dakika g\u00f6revlendirilmeleri gerekir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Tam G\u00fcn Uzman bulundurmas\u0131 Gereken \u0130\u015f yerleri? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Az tehlikeli s\u0131n\u0131fta yer alan 2000 ve daha fazla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131 olan i\u015fyerlerinde her 2000 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan i\u00e7in tam g\u00fcn \u00e7al\u0131\u015facak en az bir \u0130SG uzman\u0131 g\u00f6revlendiriliyor. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fan say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n 2000\u2019in tam katlar\u0131ndan fazla olmas\u0131 durumunda geriye kalan \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan say\u0131s\u0131 g\u00f6z \u00f6n\u00fcnde bulundurularak birinci f\u0131krada belirtilen kriterlere uygun yeteri kadar \u0130SG uzman\u0131 ek olarak \u00e7al\u0131\u015ft\u0131r\u0131l\u0131yor.<\/p>\n<p>Tehlikeli s\u0131n\u0131fta yer alan 1500 ve daha fazla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131 olan i\u015fyerlerinde her 1500 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan i\u00e7in tam g\u00fcn \u00e7al\u0131\u015facak en az bir \u0130SG uzman\u0131 gerekiyor. \u00c7ok tehlikeli s\u0131n\u0131fta yer alan 1000 ve daha fazla \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan\u0131 olan i\u015fyerlerinde ise her 1000 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fan i\u00e7in tam g\u00fcn \u00e7al\u0131\u015facak en az bir \u0130SG uzman\u0131 bulundurma zorunlulu\u011fu bulunuyor. \u0130\u015f yerleri az tehlikeli, tehlikeli ve \u00e7ok tehlikeli s\u0131n\u0131flara ayr\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 gibi buralarda g\u00f6revlendirilecek uzmanlar\u0131n da s\u0131n\u0131flar\u0131 farkl\u0131 olmak durumunda. \u0130SG uzmanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 A, B ve C s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 olarak kategorilere ayr\u0131l\u0131yor. A s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 i\u015f sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fi belgesine sahip uzmanlar \u00e7ok tehlikeli s\u0131n\u0131fta yer alan i\u015fyerlerinde, B s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 i\u015f sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fi belgesine sahip uzmanlar tehlikeli s\u0131n\u0131fta yer alan i\u015fyerlerinde, C s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 i\u015f sa\u011fl\u0131\u011f\u0131 ve g\u00fcvenli\u011fi belgesine sahip uzmanlar az tehlikeli s\u0131n\u0131fta yer alan i\u015fyerlerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabiliyor. Ancak, 27 Kas\u0131m 2013 tarihine kadar C S\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 \u0130SG uzmanlar\u0131 B s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 uzmanlar\u0131n g\u00f6rev yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u015fyerlerinde, B s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 \u0130SG uzmanlar\u0131 da A s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 \u0130SG uzmanlar\u0131n\u0131n g\u00f6rev yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 i\u015fyerlerinde \u00e7al\u0131\u015fabilirler<\/p>\n<p><strong>Kim Ne Kadar Kazan\u0131yor? <\/strong><\/p>\n<p>\u015eu an C s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 bir i\u015f g\u00fcvenli\u011fi uzman\u0131 2 bin ila 2 bin 500 TL aras\u0131nda istihdam ediliyor. C s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 i\u015f g\u00fcvenli\u011fi uzman\u0131 say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n h\u0131zl\u0131 bir \u015fekilde artmas\u0131, C s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 i\u015f g\u00fcvenli\u011fi uzmanlar\u0131n\u0131n \u00fccret seviyesini daha da d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcrecektir. Ancak B s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 i\u015f g\u00fcvenli\u011fi uzmanlar\u0131n\u0131n say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n az olmas\u0131 nedeniyle 5 bin ila 8.500 TL aras\u0131nda \u00fccretler talep etti\u011fi g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. A s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131 i\u015f g\u00fcvenli\u011fi uzmanlar\u0131n\u0131n ise \u00e7ok tehlikeli i\u015fyerlerinde \u00e7ok y\u00fcksek \u00fccretlerle istihdam edildi\u011fi biliniyor. \u0130\u015f g\u00fcvenli\u011fi uzman\u0131 olmak isteyenlerin say\u0131s\u0131nda son d\u00f6nemde \u00e7ok ciddi art\u0131\u015f g\u00f6r\u00fcl\u00fcyor. Bu talep \u00f6zellikle C s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131nda \u00fccretlerin azalaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fc\u015f\u00fcnd\u00fcr\u00fcyor.
