tekrarlanan bir sebeple veya i\u015fin y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fcm \u015fartlar\u0131 y\u00fcz\u00fcnden u\u011frad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ge\u00e7ici veya s\u00fcrekli hastal\u0131k, sakatl\u0131k veya ruhi ar\u0131za halleridir.\u00a0\u0130\u015f kazalar\u0131 ve meslek hastal\u0131klar\u0131 nedeniyle,sigortal\u0131lara sa\u011flanan yard\u0131mlar i\u00e7in staj \u015fart\u0131 yoktur.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Ge\u00e7ici i\u015f g\u00f6rmezlik \u00f6dene\u011fi<\/strong>: \u0130\u015f kazas\u0131 veya meslek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 dolay\u0131s\u0131yla ge\u00e7ici i\u015f g\u00f6remezli\u011fe u\u011frayan sigortal\u0131ya her g\u00fcn i\u00e7in g\u00fcnl\u00fck kazanc\u0131n\u0131n yatarak tedavilerde yar\u0131s\u0131 ayakta tedavilerde \u00fc\u00e7te ikisi oran\u0131nda ge\u00e7ici i\u015f g\u00f6rmezlik \u00f6dene\u011fi verilir.<\/p>\n<p><strong>S\u00fcrekli i\u015f g\u00f6rmezlik<\/strong>: Bir i\u015f kazas\u0131 veya meslek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 sebebiyle yap\u0131lan tedavi sonunda sigortal\u0131n\u0131n meslekte kazanma g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn tamam\u0131n\u0131n veya bir k\u0131sm\u0131n\u0131n kaybedilmi\u015f olmas\u0131 halidir.\u00a0\u0130\u015f kazas\u0131 veya meslek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 sonucu meslekte kazanma g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn en az %10\u2019unu kaybedenlere s\u00fcrekli i\u015f g\u00f6rmezlik geliri ba\u011flan\u0131r.\u0130\u015f g\u00f6rmezlik hallerinin meslekte kazanma g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc ne oranda azaltaca\u011f\u0131 t\u00fcz\u00fckle belirlenmi\u015ftir.\u00a0S\u00fcrekli i\u015f g\u00f6rmezlik olay say\u0131lar\u0131 \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fc %10\u2019dan daha az kaybedenleri de kapsamaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u0130\u015f kazas\u0131 veya meslek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 sonucu \u00f6l\u00fcm olaylar\u0131<\/strong>: \u0130\u015f kazas\u0131 veya meslek hastal\u0131\u011f\u0131 sonucu \u00f6l\u00fcmler ile tedavilerinin devam\u0131 esnas\u0131nda veya meslekte kazanma g\u00fcc\u00fcn\u00fcn %50 veya daha fazlas\u0131n\u0131 kaybederek s\u00fcrekli i\u015f g\u00f6rmezlik geliri al\u0131rken \u00f6lenleri kapsamaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Prim oranlar\u0131:<\/strong>\u00a0\u0130\u015f yerinin tehlike s\u0131n\u0131f ve derecesine g\u00f6re, prim esas kazanc\u0131n %1,5 ve %7\u2019si aras\u0131nda
